Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes filed for digital goods where delivery has been logged and proven will be contested. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, DataVista Logic Analytics Inc. reserves the right to permanently suspend your access to our services and submit all relevant delivery logs, server access records, and this agreed-upon Refund Policy to the payment processor (including Stripe) and the respective banking institution as evidence of transaction fulfilment.
